Anecdotally, this has worked excellently for me and has made a huge difference in my energy levels. I take one a week. Everyone on a plant-based diet should be taking 2500 mcg of vitamin B12 on an empty stomach, ideally sublingually, once a week, and cyanocobalamin is perfect for most. Check out www.nutritionfacts.org for more information. The one improvement I would make to this product is to remove some of the fake sugars/"other ingredients", but it doesn't taste bad.
